There’s so much good TV out there besides Game of Thrones. Make the most of the holidays to catch up with the big line-up of TV shows released this year. Here are 14 of them now available online to watch in English and Hindi:

1. The White Princess

What it’s about: Set in 15th Century England, Elizabeth of York and Henry VII’s marriage is faced with a burden: their families are battling it out to take over the throne. Both the families, Yorks and Lancasters threaten to end their marriage and their kingdoms.

2. Taboo

What it’s about: Finding out about his father’s death brings James Delaney back home to London to rebuild the family shipping business, after spending a decade in Africa. However, he’s welcomed with threats from the government and his biggest competitor who can go the extent of killing him too.

3. I’m Dying up Here

What it’s about: The infamous stand-up comedy scene of the early ‘70s is still developing in LA. With no internet to get viral or any mediums to share their performances, comedians struggle as there’s only one platform — Johnny Carson’s show — through which they can make it big.

4. The Last Tycoon

What it’s about: Hollywood is affected by the Great Depression and the rise of Nazism in the ‘30s. While actors are struggling to create a name for themselves, Monroe Stahr is gaining prominence but has to battle a power struggle between him and his boss.

5. The Grand Tour

What it’s about: Jeremy Clarkson and his group travel across various cities in the world, including Dubai, to present the best of German, American and Japanese automobiles. Every episode tests vehicles with special guests. Notable cars tested include Aston Martin Vulcan, Porsche 911 GT3 RS and Honda NSX.

6. Z: The Beginning of Everything

What it’s about: Socialite Zelda Fitzgerald and then-unpublished author F. Scott Fitzgerald’s marriage is dubbed as a “marriage made in heaven” until time passes from their peak to a low. A couple that once was the centre of attention at parties now struggle with alcoholism and mental illness.

7. Patriot

What it’s about: Highly skilled intelligence officer John Tavner works at an industrial piping firm with a job rarely given respect so that he isn’t noticed. In an attempt to prevent Iran from going into a nuclear war, Tavner is required to go under ‘non-office-cover’ and his colleagues soon come to know his actual identity.

8. The Handmaid’s Tale

What it’s about: In a dystopian future where birth rates have dropped drastically, women are forced to become concubines of rich men. The show tells the story of Offred, who is forced into slavery, but is attempting to survive the brutal dictatorship regime and reunite with her lost daughter.

What it’s about: Troubled by her past of living in orphanages and homes of strangers where she was abused and never had the comfort of love and care, Anne is mistakenly sent to the Prince Edward Island to take care of two elderly people. In the small town, she meets people and transforms their lives with spirit, intellect and imagination.

10. One Day at a Time

What it’s about: Penelope, a former Army veteran, now has a family with two kids and works as a nurse. She raises the kids with her Cuban mother but still has to clear issues during her time in the army and to get in touch with her ex-husband who’s based in Afghanistan and suffers traumatic brain injury. The family goes through the ups and downs of life but continue to support each other.

11. The Test Case

What it’s about: In the race dominated by men to make it to the test case in a combat role in an academy, Captain Shikha Sharma is shown breaking all stereotypes and norms giving tough competition to males as they go through many obstacles and challenges to achieve the combat officer position.

12. Sarabhai vs Sarabhai-Take 2

What it’s about: Living in the same building across the hallway, parents Indravadan Sarabhai and Maya live with their son Rosesh in one home while the second son, Sahil is married and lives with his wife, Monisha, who comes from a middle class family. Irritated by Monisha’s middle class habits, Maya disapproves of her whilst Indravan disapproves his son Rosesh for his poor poetic writings and for being pampered by Maya.

13. Inside Edge

What it’s about: Powerplay League is a major T20 cricket tournament in India that has caught the attention of the cricketing world. However, cricket matches aren’t what the league is all about. Mumbai Mavericks, one of the franchises that is part of the league, are shown what goes on behind its matches, which involves corruption, power and money because of the conflicting interests of its owners.

14. Class of 2017

What it’s about: Young teenagers come to learn life lessons as their friendships are no longer the same due to social anxiety, influence of drugs, peer pressure and sex. Although history cannot be replaced, these teenagers put in their best to overcome their problems.
