Black Mirror Season 7: Here are the details about the new season set to release next week

The dystopian series includes, for the first time, a sequel to ‘USS Callister’

Dubai: The most anticipated dystopian series on Netflix, Black Mirror, finally announced the release date for its new season, and even revealed the cast and episode titles for all six episodes from the upcoming season.

Creators Charlie Brooker and Netflix dropped the trailer to season 7, revealing it will have six episodes with details about the cast, synopsis, run time and more revealed. This is also the first time a Black Mirror episode will have a sequel.

The popular episode from season 4, USS Callister, is set to have a sequel in season 7, as well as another interactive feature, a call-back to Black Mirror: Bandersnatch.

Season 7, which is set to release on April 10, has a star-studded cast which includes Rashida Jones, Issa Rae, Awkwafina, Cristin Milioti, Emma Corrin, ex-Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi and more.

The titles for the six episodes along with the running time were also revealed. Common People is set to be a 56 minutes episode, while Bête Noire will be 49 minutes, Hotel Reverie will be 1 hour and 16 minutes, Plaything will be 45 minutes, Eulogy will be 46 minutes, and USS Callister: Into Infinity will run for 1 hour and 28 minutes.
