The heavy metal-style growling vocals, especially towards the end of the trailer, have garnered widespread praise for their intensity. Many viewers have described the moment as "goosebumps-inducing." The voice behind this powerful track belongs to Anand Sreeraj, whose performance has left a lasting impact on the audience.

In addition to the intense vocals, another highlight of the trailer is the child’s voice humming the title "Empuraane." It turns out that the voice belongs to Prithviraj’s daughter, Alankrita.

During the trailer launch, a conversation between Prithviraj and actor Tovino Thomas went viral, revealing that it was indeed Alankrita singing the title.

Music director Deepak Dev shared the backstory behind the decision to feature Alankrita. Initially, the plan was to have an older singer, but Prithviraj suggested a child's voice to suit the scene, which involved a crying child in the background. Alankrita recorded her part in just five minutes, leaving Deepak to humorously remark, "She is her father’s daughter."

Prithviraj’s niece voices theme song

In addition to Alankrita’s contribution, Prithviraj’s niece, Prarthana (daughter of actor Indrajith), also lent her voice to the film’s theme song. This marked Prithviraj's debut as a lyricist, with the lyrics he wrote himself. Prarthana only learned afterward that her uncle had written the song. Fans have been equally mesmerized by her performance, with many praising her voice.
