SHINee’s Taemin denies dating Noze, agency releases statement: 'They're colleagues...'

The dating rumors between SHINee’s Taemin and dancer Noze are making waves again, but this time, there's a viral photo to go with it. For years, eagle-eyed fans have pieced together hints of their possible romance: matching hoodies, cryptic Instagram posts, and even shared plant aesthetics. But now, things have escalated with new pictures, showing a sweet moment between the two. However, the agency released a statement and said that they are just 'colleagues'.

On April 16, Korean media outlet OSEN reported that snapshots of Taemin and a woman—believed to be Noze—were circulating online. Both are dressed in similar black jackets, and while only the man’s face is clearly visible, fans are convinced the woman is Noze based on previous social media clues.

Naturally, the internet exploded. Fan theories began pouring in, comparing the mystery man’s outfit to one previously posted by fellow SHINee member Key, fueling suspicions further. The photo in question dates back to before December 2023, suggesting it might have happened months ago.

As the rumors gained traction, Taemin’s agency, Big Planet Made (BPM Entertainment), finally stepped in. Speaking to OSEN, a representative said, “We have not confirmed the information yet. We will report back once we have our position.” They also admitted they weren't aware of Taemin’s personal dating life and couldn’t verify the authenticity of the photos just yet. The new statement reads, "We apologize for the delay in confirming the matter due to Taemin’s ongoing schedule. The two are simply close colleagues who have worked together."

This isn’t the first time fans have picked up on something between the two. Previously, Taemin’s voice was allegedly heard in a clip Noze shared on a fan platform. Some even speculated that Taemin’s emotional performance during a concert was a subtle nod to Noze, who was rumoured to be in the audience.
