‘Phantom’ will release in the UAE
Bollywood film starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif is directed by Kabir Khan
Upcoming Bollywood film Phantom, starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, will release in the UAE as scheduled on August 27.
The action thriller is a re-imagination of events following the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Phantom is based on a book called Mumbai Avengers by Hussain Zaidi, who has also written the screenplay for the film. In it, Khan and Kaif are members of an elite intelligence group who set out on a covert mission to kill all the ringleaders of the Mumbai attacks.
Director Kabir Khan’s last film, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, starring Salman Khan, was a massive global hit.
“It’s a fight against terrorists and terrorism, not against a country or any religion,” actor Khan said.
