Parineeti Chopra turns ramp scorcher in Dubai
The actress was the showstopper show at a Manish Malhotra collection showcase
Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra put her best foot forward on Monday as she turned show stopper for Manish Malhotra’s Mijawan collection showcased in Dubai.
Malhotra, who stocks at Dubai’s Studio 8 boutique, chose to dress the ‘Ishaqzaade’ star in a heavily-embellished orange ensemble with velvet detailing.
But if her tweet is anything to go by, she did not go on a crash diet to pour herself into the festive gear.
“Super excited to be in Dubai with @anishajain_23 and @Nickoholic ...let the fun and eating begin! :-D,” she tweeted on Sunday referring to her manager and her stylist.
Malhotra, who recently designed a good part of Kareena Kapoor’s wedding trousseau, showcased his latest Mijwan collection at a fashion show in Dubai. It comprised the traditional yet popular embroidery work, Chikankari, by girls from an Indian village Mijwan in Uttar Pradesh, who are supported by veteran actress and social activist Shabana Azmi’s Mijwan Welfare Society (MWS).
