Dubai: Bollywood’s favorite actor–politician duo, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha, just dropped the news — they’re expecting their first child. On August 25, the couple took to Instagram with a cheeky cake photo that read “1+1=3” and a romantic hand-in-hand stroll video. Caption? “Our little universe … on its way. Blessed beyond measure.” Subtle? Not at all. Adorable? Absolutely.

And trust the internet to dig up receipts. An old interview of Parineeti is suddenly doing the rounds, where she openly gushed about wanting a house full of kids.

I’d love to adopt a child. I want to have lots of children. I might not be able to conceive all of them. So I’ll adopt,” she once told Filmfare. Manifestation, anyone?

The signs were there, too. Just days ago, the couple sat on The Kapil Sharma Show where Raghav cheekily teased, “Denge good news jaldi denge.” Parineeti looked mock-shocked, but clearly, he wasn’t kidding.

The timing couldn’t be sweeter — the pair, who tied the knot in a dreamy lakeside wedding in Udaipur back in 2022, will soon hit their third wedding anniversary on September 23.

Now, with baby Chadha-Chopra on the way, their “little universe” is about to get a whole lot louder, messier, and cuter.
