Haroon Shahid shoots ‘Tajdeed’ TV show

Haroon Shahid has clearly put the failure of his debut feature, Verna, behind. After a gap of about a year, the hazel-eyed singer and actor recently faced the camera, except that this time it was for television. Shahid is currently in Islamabad, busy shooting a drama serial, titled Tajdeed e Wafa. The television show is directed by Shehzad Kashmiri and produced by Momina Duraid of Hum TV. The name of the leading lady is being kept under wraps for now, but rumours suggest that it is Naveen Waqar. Shahid has also signed on another television project.
