Kim Kardashian didn’t get Indian visa in time
34-year-old will skip India leg of world tour; was due to make an appearance on reality show ‘Bigg Boss 8’ with Salman Khan
Kim Kardashian is no longer going to make a passage to India — because she didn’t get her visa in time.
The reality star is on a ‘world tour’ to promote her new perfume, taking in Australia, India and the UAE, and had been due to visit the Bigg Boss house on Saturday, where she would have met the host of the show, Bollywood star Salman Khan.
A source told tabloid! on Thursday evening that Kardashian had an appointment at an Indian consulate in the US but was not able to make it as she was already in Australia.
However a spokesperson for Colors, the channel that broadcasts Bigg Boss, India’s version of Celebrity Big Brother, said the trip was only “postponed” and they hope to have the 34-year-old in the house another time
Kardashian is due to visit the UAE on Sunday and Monday. Organisers of her UAE events could not confirm any changes to her schedule here, which includes hosting a club night, opening a perfume store and attending a dinner in her honour
