Kate Moss reaches separation agreement with Hince

Supermodel Kate Moss has “quietly” reached a formal separation agreement with former husband Jamie Hince.

According to a source, Moss, who married The Kills guitarist in 2011 and split last year after four years of marriage, is describing herself as “divorced” and the formal separation has now happened as part of an out-of-court settlement.

“They reached an agreement some time ago, and neither of them wanted to make a spectacle of this,” said Moss.

“Instead, they agreed things between themselves and have quietly made the split formal without going through any sort of high profile legal battle,” the source added.
