Director Duncan Jones, son of late singer David Bowie, says it was a “crazy experience” to make Warcraft.

He said in a statement: “[Directing Warcraft] has been an amazing opportunity and a crazy experience. My wife had cancer just before we started the movie. My dad passed away just before we were reaching the end of the movie and my first child is coming next month.

“It has been a weird chapter in my life. We are kind of getting used to the new life we have got,” he added.

Warcraft centres on a battle between humans and orcs. But, things become more complicated when the orcs decide to join the humans’ side. The film is currently showing in the UAE.
