Heart Evangelista, Filipina fashion icon, takes Dubai by storm

Heart Evangelista, the Philippines’ beloved fashion icon, has once again captivated the world — this time, amidst the dazzling lights of Dubai. 

The 40-year-old actress and style maven graced the city to attend the prestigious 2025 EMIGALA Fashion & Beauty Awards, where she was honoured as the "Global Fashion Influencer of the Year" on Wednesday night at the chic Jumeirah Emirates Towers. 

From her luxurious hotel suite, Heart shared breathtaking views of Dubai's iconic skyline, with the majestic Burj Khalifa standing tall amidst the urban tapestry. 

The panoramic vistas served as the perfect backdrop for her Dubai escapade, blending the city's modern grandeur with her timeless elegance.

Before the glam night, Heart met up with Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco, previewing dreamy gowns on Instagram. 

During her rendezvous with the renowned designer, Heart explored his atelier, marveling at racks of exquisite outfit and even trying on a few masterpieces. 

She playfully engaged her followers on social media, seeking their opinions on which ensemble to choose.

Fashion queen behaviour? 

Absolutely. 

And that, too, being the wife of current Philippine Senate President, Francis “Chiz” Escudero, 55, a three-time senator, congressman and former governor of Sorsogon province.

Her career started at the age of 13 as a commercial model and actress.

Today, she has a foundation to her name, Heart Can, which aims to help children with respiratory diseases.

Her foundation has been active since its inception and has helped thousands of children with special needs.

She has 16.5 million followers on Instagram.

Earlier this year, Heart also teamed up with Indonesian luxury label Voneworld for a limited-edition “Love Bag” drop. 

And she casually topped Launchmetrics’ celebrity leaderboard during Paris Haute Couture Week 2025. No big deal, just another day in Heart’s impossibly stylish life.
