Prithviraj and Parvathy in Sharjah
The hit pair behind Ennu Ninte Moideen will attend the Sharjah International Book fair on November 12
Here’s your chance to see Malayalam’s hit on-screen pair, Prithviraj and Parvathy Menon, at close quarters.
On November 12 at 8pm at the Sharjah International Book Fair, the pair launch director R S Vimal’s book, Ennu Ninte Moideen Screenplay.
The stars will also interact with their fans. It’s not a ticketed event, but the seating is on a first come-first serve basis at the Sharjah Expo Centre.
Ennu Ninte Moideen, a tragedy about two star-crossed lovers from different religions, is one of Prithviraj’s biggest hits this year and is based on the real-life story of the couple Kanchanamala and Moideen who were punished for falling in love with someone outside their religion.
A house arrest for more than two decades, clandestine meetings, exchange of love letters in their own code language and struggle to convince family elders form a chunk of the film.
