Razi Hassan: Songs of Blood and Sword by Fatima Bhutto - very powerful memoir.
Friday: Do you think a love for reading can be taught?
Razi Hassan: I think so, especially from a young age. Reading to children gives them a head start.
Friday: If you could choose a live reading to attend, which author would you pick?
Razi Hassan: Today Khaled Hosseini;20 years ago Roald Dahl.
Friday: Does watching/reading an interview with an author make him or her more endearing?
Razi Hassan: I haven't read too many translations, but I think that it would have an impact, depending on the subject.
Friday: How often do you revisit books? Any book that you have read many times?
Razi Hassan: I love Bram Stoker's Dracula. Read it countless times.
Friday: Has a self-management book ever helped you?
Razi Hassan: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
