Actress Sonakshi Sinha says she always dreamt of performing for a live audience and the upcoming International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards in June will fulfil that dream.
“I’m all set for IIFA. I always had this ‘rock star’ dream in my life that I am singing at a concert ... and this is going to be as close to it as possible. In a way, my dream is coming true. So, yes, I am very excited,” the Dabangg actress said.
The actress, who is working on A R Murugadoss’s Akira, is excited to head out to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where the IIFA celebrations will begin on June 5.
Sinha will perform at IIFA Rocks, a musical extravaganza hosted by actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra, on opening day. She will also perform on June 7.
