‘Saansein’ is Rajniesh Duggall’s ‘spooky romantic film’
Bollywood actor stars with Sonarika Bhadoria in the thriller by Rajiv S Ruia
Actor Rajniesh Duggall, who stars in horror film Saansein (Last Breath), says the film won’t just be scary.
“I think it is a spooky romantic [film], which is set to scare the daylights out of the audience but will not freeze them,” said Duggall, who stars opposite Devon Ka Dev Mahadev star Sonarika Bhadoria in the film.
Saansein has been directed by Rajiv S Ruia, who said the film meet the need for horror films in Bollywood.
“There has always been an audience of horror films. And a die-hard horror fan would not be excited by a mushy romantic tale... without spooky overtones,” the director said.
The film, scheduled for release in India on November 11, will entertain all segments of the audience, Ruia said.
The film has been shot in Mauritius and its music features the voices of singers Arijit Singh, Armaan Malik, Dev Negi, Shibani Sur, Ash King, Najam Bajwa and Swati Sharma.
