Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan, Hema Malini celebrate Anil Ambani and Tina Ambani’s elder son Jai Anmol Ambani's wedding

Indian tycoon and Reliance Group head Anil Ambani and Tina Ambani’s oldest son, Jai Anmol Ambani, just had a star-studded wedding in Mumbai. He married Khrisha Shah, CEO and co-founder of social network Dysco, on Sunday evening.

The wedding, which took place at the family home named Sea Wind at Cuffe Parade, was attended by celebrities including Nita Ambani; actor-politicians Jaya Bachchan and Hema Malini; and Lok Sabha MP Supriya Sule.

The couple went the traditional route in terms of outfits with the groom in white and the bride in red and gold and bedecked with diamond jewellery.

Industrialist Yash Birla took to Instagram and shared several photos from the night, posing with the groom's parents and guests. “Wedding diaries...Celebrations with devotions, blessings of the divine. Hari om,” he captioned the post. Anil Ambani kept it classic in a black tuxedo with a bow tie, while Tina Ambani got decked up in a heavily-embellished red ethnic ensemble.

Pinky Reddy, the wife of GVK scion GV Sanjay Reddy, posted numerous photos on her Instagram, starting with a picture of the groom’s mother, Tina Ambani.

Nita Ambani dressed up for the family wedding and looked elegant in a Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla Zardosi-worked lehenga (long skirt).

Nationalist Congress Party MP Supriya Sule, who also attended the wedding, posted a picture with Amitabh Bachchan from venue. Bachchan looked dapper in an ivory and beige kurta set layered with a long jacket. He also sported a matching pagri and oversized glasses to complete his look.

From the major social event, ‘Dream Girl’ Hema Malini posted a photo with Bachchan and Sule. She captioned it: “Good friends outside Parliament - Jaya Bachchan, Supriya Sule & me happily hobnobbing together, our camaraderie going absolutely beyond party lines! At Anil & Tina Ambani’s son Anmol’s wedding yesterday #wedding #jayabachchan #supriyasule.”

Abhishek Bachchan, who was also at the wedding, was dressed in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla ensemble that was completed with an ivory pagri (turban).

The 'Bob Biswas' actor Abhishek Bachchan, along with wife Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya, dazzled in their similar-colour outfits while blessing the newly-weds.

Shweta Bachchan and Navya Nanda looked royal in heavily embroidered lehenga from the designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla for the wedding.
