Construction on Reem Mall on schedule

Dubai: Construction on Reem Mall, the upcoming retail centre in Abu Dhabi, is progressing in line with the planned construction and finance targets, the mall’s developer confirmed on Sunday.

Construction on the $1.2 billion (Dh4.4 billion) project commenced in late 2017, and is currently “well underway,” Al Farwaniya Property Developments said.

The mall is expected to be completed by late 2020, the developer said earlier, and is set to offer two million square feet of leasable area.
