UAQ Ruler issues decree approving fees of Economic Development department

Umm Al Quwain: His Highness Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has issued Decree No. 2 of 2018 approving the fees of the Department of Economic Development in Umm Al Quwain.
The Decree, in its first article, stipulated that the fees of the services provided by the Department of Economic Development and the fines shall be based on tables issued alongside the decree, and that their proceeds shall be transferred to the account of the public treasury in the government of Umm Al Quwain. This Decree shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. (WAM)
