Dubai: A retail conglomerate which carries several international brands is opening its Dubai warehouse to bargain hunters for the first time, in an apparent bid to clear out excess inventory.
Landmark Group announced on Thursday that its first ever “Big-Bang Warehouse Sale” will take place on October 1 to 15 this year at its storage facility in Jebel Ali, Industrial Area -1.
Those who are on the lookout for price-busting deals can expect to score some huge savings, with the company promising to offer up to 90 per cent discount on shoes, clothes, accessories and houseware.
Landmark Group, which has more than 50 international brands in its portfolio, said in a statement that the mega sale will become an annual fixture.
Participating in the first sale are at least 21 labels, including Steve Madden, Ecco, Kurt Geiger, New Look, Lipsy, Koton, Yours, Aerosales, Lifestyle, Splash, Shoexpress, SportsOne and Iconic, among others.
Doors will open from 10am to 6pm and shoppers can use Gate 1 and Gate 5 of the Landmark Group warehouse.
Landmark Group has been in the retail industry for more than 44 years. It boasts of a total warehouse space of 9.3 million square feet and operates a number of home-grown and franchise labels in fashion, footwear, home décor, lifestyle, electronics, sporting goods and beauty.
