Up to 80% off at four-day winter sale in Sharjah

Dubai: The bargain shopping fever continues to heat up and this time, retailers are offering residents in Sharjah a chance to score huge discounts.
Happening for the first time, the Mega Winter Clearance Exhibition kicks off today at the Expo Centre Sharjah.
The event pools together a number of retailers under one roof, and consumers can expect to enjoy price markdowns of up to 80 per cent.
The pre-VAT sale runs for four days until New Year’s Eve, with discounts awaiting those who are on the hunt for clothing, home appliances, electronics and other items.
Shoppers, however, will have to pay a Dh5 entrance fee to get to the exhibition halls, although the charge is waived for children below 12 years old.
Among the participating retailers are Lacoste, Grand Stores, AA Sons and Cosmos Group. Doors to the sale open from 11 am to 11 pm.
The event is organised by Liz Exhibitions.
