Dubai: Al Majid Property Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai-based conglomerate Juma Al Majid Group, announced on Tuesday that it had signed an agreement with LuLu Supermarkets to feature the shop as its anchor tenant at the Burj Nahar Mall.
The new 240,000-square-foot shopping mall is located in the busy neighbourhood of Al Muteena in Deira and is scheduled to open in late 2018.
The 27,000 sq ft LuLu Supermarket will be part of a mixed-use development comprising a residential tower of 200 apartments.
The Burj Nahar Mall will feature 84 fashion, entertainment and restaurant tenants.
