UNEC to build two apartment blocks at Town Square
Town Square has 2.5m square feet of retail space with more than 600 shops and F&B outlets
Abu Dhabi: Nshama, a private developer of integrated lifestyle communities for aspiring homeowners, has announced a new partnership with UNEC, a regional construction company, to build the first two apartment blocks at Town Square in Dubai.
The agreement marks the first stage of construction, ahead of schedule, of the Zahra Apartments and Safi Apartments within Town Square, which have gained strong investor response, Nshama said on Sunday.
Town Square is a vibrant development anchored by a central square, the size of 16 football fields, and featuring a range of lifestyle choices including Vida Town Square Dubai Hotel and a Reel Cinemas cineplex and open-air cinema.
