Damac subsidiary awards Dh960m Aykon London One contract

DUBAI: Damac Group subsidiary Nine Elms Property has awarded Leadlease’s European construction business a Dh960 million contract to build Akyon London One, a company statement said on Monday.
The 50-storey Aykon London One is being designed in partnership with major fashion house Versave Home, the statement said.
The project will feature 450 new homes and is located with Zone 1 at Nine Elms on the South Bank and is part of the multibillion-pound regeneration scheme that includes the redevelopment of the Battersea Power Station.
