Dubai: A 7-bedroom mansion in Dubai Hills, listed at Dh150 million, has found a buyer. The deal confirms Dubai Hills as among the most sought after locations for high-value homes.

This particular property comes with a 'California-inspired garden' and a cabana-lined pool and sunken firepit lounge.

The buyer and seller were represented by Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty.

The deal is the latest in a line-up of pricey homes that Dubai has seen sales of this year.

The villa segment in Dubai Hills Estate had transaction volumes increase by 12.2% and prices rising by +14.1% between January and May.

“What we're seeing with this sale reflects a growing trend among our clients who seek not just a home, but a lifestyle-led investment within communities offering proven capital appreciation," said Honey Deylami, Executive Partner at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty.
