Damac invites shareholders to general assembly

Dubai: Damac, the Dubai-listed property developer, invited shareholders to attend its general assembly meeting, which will be held on June 14 at the Westin Dubai Marina to elect board members.

The company also announced on Wednesday that enrolment will open for nomination of candidates for board membership elections from May 24 until June 4. Individuals or shareholders meeting the eligibility criteria may enroll as candidates through an application submitted to Damac’s headquarters.

The number of board directors to be elected is seven.
