Amlak Finance plans to hold AGM on March 23

Amlak Finance said on Monday it plans ti hold its annual general meeting on March 23.

The company plans to consider and approve the amendment of the Article of Association in accordance with the provisions after obtaining the approvals of the concerned authorities, it said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market.

The company recorded a net profit attributable to the equity holders of Dh135 million for the full year 2015, compared to Dh59 million for the same period 2014, representing a growth rate of 130 per cent.
