Khalifa issues decree restructuring Etihad Rail Board

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday issued a Federal Decree restructuring the board of directors of Etihad Rail.

The board will be chaired by Shaikh Diab Bin Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Federal Decree No 4 of 2018 also named Mattar Mohammad Al Tayer, the Director-General and Chairman of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), as deputy chairman of the board, and other board members.
