The three-year partnership between the Academy of Law and RAK courts was announced on Sunday
DUBAI: An entity of the DIFC courts, the English-language business courts in Dubai, is to collaborate with the Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department (RAK courts) to develop the northern emirate’s legal system.
The three-year partnership between the Academy of Law and RAK courts was announced in a statement on Sunday. The two have signed a Memorandum of Understanding covering research and training, the statement said.
The Academy of Law and RAK courts will work together organising legal workshops and conferences, according to the statement.
