Turkish car company plans to launch an electric SUV by 2022

TOGG has only announced plans to sell its vehicles in Europe so far

The name TOGG stands for Türkiye’nin Otomobili Girişim Grubu

TOGG claims the design, done by Pininfarina, was inspired by the tulip, one of the oldest symbols of Anatolia

TOGG says two lithium-ion battery packs will be available, with the base option providing 186 miles of range and the larger option providing 310 miles of range

TOGG has promised to lead the development of widespread charging infrastructure in Turkey, and claims that customers will be able to attain 80% battery charge level in less than 30 minutes with fast charging
