Egyptian superstar Amr Diab seems to have stayed longer in Dubai than first intended due to the recent volcanic dust plane delays. He was spotted hanging out with friends and minders at One & Only Royal Mirage's Rooftop Bar on Monday evening.
The singer, dressed casually in a short sleeved shirt and jeans, was relaxing late with pals, clearly stuck in Dubai longer than expected. tabloid! briefly spoke to Diab, who said: "I'm really fine and enjoying myself in Dubai," but added he was reluctant to give long interviews to the press.
However, one of his companions told us that they were all exhausted as they were waiting for their flight to Tokyo.
Meanwhile, just a day before superstar chef Nobu Matsuhisa held a private cocktail party at his eponymous restaurant at Atlantis (where he told tabloid! that he had "changed Robert De Niro's life" and not the other way around). American pop star Hilary Duff stopped by the restaurant for dinner. Perhaps she was trying to catch a glimpse of the hotel's other famous resident, Peter Andre?
