Westin and Le Méridien hotels open in Bahrain

Dubai: The Westin Bahrain City Centre and Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre hotels opened on Tuesday.

The two brands mark Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ launch of the Westin and Le Meridien brands in the country. Combined, they add 460 rooms to the group’s Bahrain portfolio.

The 200-room Westin Bahrain City Centre features restaurants, a spa and fitness centre and a pool. The 260-room Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre, meanwhile, features restaurants, cafés and over 5,000 square feet of event and meeting space, including a business centre, ballroom and five meeting rooms.

Guests of the two hotels can have access to facilities at both hotels.
