Abu Dhabi: The International Centre for Sport Studies (CIES) has signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) and Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (PSUAD) to launch a programme in sports management.
The first edition of the programme will start in September at Sorbonne University.
The programme will allow students from the UAE and other GCC countries to acquire fundamental tools in the field of sport management and offer them opportunity to attend conference given by international experts.
“Students, who will join the programme, will benefit from top-level education and training in sport management. The programme will also feature a number of guests to share their experience in an international learning environment,” Eric Fouache, vice chancellor of PSUAD, said.
PSUAD is the fifteenth university to join Fifa/CIES International University Network.
