Sharjah Police nab commercial shops robbers

The suspects stole from three shops in Al Dhaid

Sharjah: The Criminal Investigation Department at Sharjah Police arrested on Tuesday three young men who broke into and robbed a number of commercial shops in the Al Dhaid area.

The police operation room received a call from a shop owner saying that he was robbed and police patrols moved immediately to the scene of the incident where they found one of the suspects carrying some of the stolen items while running towards a getaway car.

Police surrounded the suspects’ car and arrested two of them. The pair confessed to their crime and told officers that they had looted three shops in Al Dhaid and that they had third partner.

Police managed to locate the third suspect and arrested him.

The suspects were identified as Kh. A. Kh., M.M.M. and A.S.Sh.

Sharjah Police urged business owners to secure their premises and not leave any valuable inside their premises.
