Shaikh Mohammad pays tribute to Prophet Mohammad

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Sunday paid tribute to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

The UAE marked the Prophet's birthday with a holiday on Sunday.

"The Prophet was the epitome of tolerance, peace and morality; today is an opportunity for the world to reflect on those values," Shaikh Mohammad said on Twitter.

Shaikh Mohammad described Prophet Mohammad as "the purest of men; he brought a message of forgiveness in a life of guidance [and] compassion".
