Ministry expresses thanks to Sulaiman and Mikati for efforts made for their release
Muscat: The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that two Omani citizens who were abducted recently in Lebanon have been released.
The ministry said that the Omani citizens were now at the Omani Embassy in Beirut in preparation for their return to the country. The Omani News Agency, ONA, quoted the statement of the ministry as expressing thanks and appreciation to the Lebanese President, Michel Sulaiman, and Prime Minister, Najeeb Mikati, and commending the efforts made by all Lebanese government and security agencies for the release of the Omani abductees.
