Dubai: Good news to people celebrating the Eid Al Fitr holidays. Weather forecasters expect the temperature to reduce a bit.

According to a weather forecaster, a clear, but warm weather will prevail in the country over the next three days with chances of rain over the eastern and southern parts of the UAE.

“People may go outdoors and party because the weather is going to be just okay,” he said.

It will be hot in general and hazy at times with temperatures ranging between 31C to 45C, and with humidity levels of 20 to 75 per cent.

The relative humidity is likely to increase over some coastal areas, especially westward, in the evening and early morning.

A slight drop in the temperature by two degrees is expected after three days, the forecaster said.

“It will be partly cloudy in the eastern and southern parts of the country with chances of rain in the said areas,” the weather forecaster added.

Wind will be light to moderate in general, and freshening at times, blowing dust and sand in the morning and afternoon. Over the east coast, fresh winds may cause the sea to be rough at times. Waves might go up to six feet high, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) cautioned.

Chances of fog have been reported over the western and coastal area.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution especially in the morning as visibility may be reduced. No unsettled conditions are expected anywhere in the country in the coming days, NCMS said.
