Dubai: The gradual fall in temperature continues, though it went slightly up on Wednesday.

Jebel Jais mountain, the UAE's tallest peak, recorded the lowest temperature in the country on Wednesday at 10.1°C, up slightly from 9.9°C on Tuesday morning.

The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) also recorded 11°C in Raknah and 11.5°C in Damthah, while relative humidity for the day was seen at 33 per cent.

Meanwhile, NCMS has issued a yellow code advisory for fishermen and people going out to sea on the Arabian Gulf waters, as they expect the sea to be rough especially in the north-western areas.

The warning is up untill about 5pm today as strong northwesterly winds could kick up waves in the area.

The rest of the day will be cloudy in the country's north-eastern mountains as well as offshore and coastal areas in the west.
