The police have geared up to ensure road safety by deploying more patrols to deal with any emergency in low visibility.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, in addition to police, advised motorists to drive at low speed, check the weather forecast for updates and avoid using congested roads where possible.
During heavy fog, if you couldn’t continue driving, stop your vehicle off the road and turn on the waiting signals. #DriveSafely
