Sharjah: Sharjah Police launched a new initiative, titled “Stay at your place”, to help customers visiting the traffic and licensing department complete their transactions while sitting in their cars.
The new initiative aims to make the traffic and licensing department in Al Ramtha area more efficient. The police has also dedicated a lane for vehicles to pass through and complete transactions.
This new movement is part of the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to provide the best quality of service to residents. Lieutenant Colonel Ali Blzoud, Deputy Director of the Sharjah Traffic and Licensing Department, said that the aim of the initiative is to simplify procedures and help customers dealing with the Sharjah Traffic and Licensing Department, as well as provide easier and faster services. He also said this movement aims encouraging community members to pay their fines and renew their vehicle registration from the comfort of their own vehicles.
