Dubai: Luxury city tour services will be available from key locations in Dubai, including all three terminals of Dubai International Airport, cruise terminal as well as Dubai metro stations.

The service, result of a deal between Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) and Lama Tours, will be available from mid-May, allowing tourists and visitors avail a variety of city tour packages in luxury vehicles from the convenience of the metro station or the airport.

“The agreement allows us to offer our services exclusively from all the locations where DTC has a presence, from airports and cruise terminals to metro and bus stations. This will help tourists to avail a variety of tour packages from a number of locations,” said Kulwant Singh, CEO and MD of Lama Tours.

He added that the deal will help customers get more value for money, while adding more convenience.

“The idea is to give customers value add ons, discount, offers, cheaper tours, with more variety with the quality assurance of DTC,” he added.

Yousuf Al Ali, CEO of DTC, said the deal comes following the recent launch of DTC Tours Service during the recent Arabian Travel Market 2017.

According to the agreement, the company will use DTC’s Limousines & Chauffeurs in running tourist activities.

“This agreement is part of RTA’s strategy aimed at broadening the scope of cooperation and partnership with the private sector with the aim of bringing about a substantial improvement in customers service experience,” said Al Ali.
