Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works and Chairman of the Zayed Housing Programme, yesterday approved the names of 208 beneficiaries eligible for housing aid for 2011.
The housing aid will be distributed in the form of 142 loans and 66 grants across the UAE.
The loans, which are 40 per cent of the housing aid, were distributed to those whose salaries exceeded Dh10,000 and are able to settle the loans.
The grants, at 60 per cent of the housing aid, were distributed to those whose salaries are less than Dh10,000.
