Posters put up by Dubai Municipality at their head office in Deira gives all male-toilet-goers an indication of their health based on the colour of their urine.
Dubai Municipality's Urine Chart provides a colour analysis to indicate the levels of dehydration in your body.
A healthy person should have a light to colourless flow of urine. The more dehydration a person suffers, the darker the colour of their urine, illustrates the chart. While deep yellow indicate moderate dehydration, those with an orange tint to their urine may be suffering from severe dehydration.
Along with the colour analysis, the chart also provides information on how to prevent heat-related stress and thereby lessen the occurrence of dehydration.
