UMM AL QUWAIN: His Highness Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has ordered the release of a number of prisoners from punitive and reformative institutions in the emirate, and the deportation of non-citizen prisoners, on the occasion of the advent of Ramadan.
The UAQ Ruler’s humanitarian gesture on pardoning the prisoners comes in line with his keenness to give them the opportunity to resume a new life and alleviate the suffering of their families.
