Ras Al Khaimah: Working women in Ras Al Khaimah will get a fully paid three-month maternity leave to boost UAE’s efforts to evolve and enhance women’s role as key partners in building the future of the nation.

The decision was issued yesterday by the government of Ras Al Khaimah in line with the UAE Gender Balance Council and enhance the index of gender balance in government bodies.

The council was launched by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to support working women and allow them to contribute effectively to serving society.
