Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed receives mayor of Shanghai

Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Wednesday received Yang Xiong, the Mayor of Shanghai, at Qasr Al Shati.

Shaikh Mohammad hailed the distinguished relations between the two friendly countries.

During the meeting, the parties discussed friendship and cooperation and ways to enhance them to the advantage of the two countries.

Shaikh Mohammad and Yang exchanged views on how to build partnerships through investment in projects for the benefit of the economies of the two countries.

The two sides underscored their joint desire to expand bilateral cooperation in industrial, academic and cultural fields as well as in other domains.

Among those who attended the meeting were Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority, Mohammad Mubarak Al Mazroui, Under-Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, Mahmoud Al Mahmoud, Chief Executive Officer of ADS Holding and Chang Hua, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the UAE.
