Dubai — Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued a decree appointing Khalfan Juma Belhoul as CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF).
Shaikh Hamdan, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of DFF, made the appointment as a part of his aim to empower younger talents, and encourage them to participate in building the future. The move also highlights the keenness to attract qualified national cadres to various leadership position to support Dubai’s development journey. Khalfan Belhoul holds an MS in Electronic Commerce and a BS in both Finance and Management information systems from Boston University. Prior his appointment as CEO of DFF, Khalfan Belhoul worked as Deputy CEO of Strategy at DFF, in addition to his position as CEO of Dubai Future Accelerators. He also was Vice-President of Strategy at Dubai Holding, and a board member of Emirates Development Bank.
