Abu Dhabi: General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Monday received Shaikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah, Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, at Qasr Al Bahr.

Shaikh Mohammad welcomed Shaikh Sabah and discussed ways to enhance ties between the two fraternal countries. He lauded the outcome of the third meeting of the UAE - Kuwait Joint Higher Committee which concluded yesterday (Monday).

Shaikh Sabah conveyed the greetings of Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Shaikh Mohammad asked the Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister to convey Shaikh Khalifa's greetings and his greetings to the Kuwaiti Emir and their wishes for further progress and prosperity to the people of Kuwait.

The meeting was attended by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Western Region, Shaikh Nahyan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Lt. General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Shaikh Diyab Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Omar Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, other Shaikhs and senior officials.
