The Ministry of Presidential Affairs organised a banquet to mark the 46th anniversary of UAE National Day. The banquet, held under the patronage of Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, kicked off its activities with the UAE National Anthem, and later a documentary was played that highlighted the vision and objectives of the ministry that resulted in many achievements, initiatives and national policies that serve the nation and its citizens.

Later, Ahmad Mohammad Al Humairi, Secretary-General of the ministry, honoured the ministry’s employees. Al Humairi who also conveyed the greetings of Shaikh Mansour and his deep appreciation for efforts exerted by the ministry’s employees.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation also organised a banquet in Dubai to celebrate UAE National Day.

In a statement on the occasion, Saif Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary at the Ministry for Human Resources Affairs, said that National Day is an occasion that’s very close to the heart of every citizen and resident of the UAE. The banquet included a number of folklore performances performed by traditional bands, and a song performed by students from Nad Al Hamar Primary School.
