Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued an Emiri decree promoting 2,260 police officers at Abu Dhabi Police.
As per the decree, 760 police offices and 1, 500 commissioned staff were promoted. Some others were promoted and retired.
Major General Mohammad Khalifa Al Rumaithi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, expressed his profound thanks and appreciation to Shaikh Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
He congratulated the promoted officers and police personnel.
